Hack to School: Projects for Parents...for Kids.

For many parents, it's a glorious time of year when the kids head back to school and there's finally more "me" moments to get some projects done. Of course, just because the little ones are off learning doesn't mean that it isn't all about them anyway.

Suzy's Artsy-Craftsy Sitcom recently rounded up 10 IKEA hacks perfect for a kid's room. Well, maybe nine perfect hacks, because whoever came up with the included indoor sandbox has obviously never seen Playdough stuck to the ceiling in five minutes flat.

But we're enthralled with the nightstands turned play-kitchen (above, first found at Small and Friendly), and the drawers-into-steps of one IKEA Hacker's bunk-bed (below) are a veritable stairway to children's heaven.

There's a ton of inspiration here, but we won't blame you if a few weeks worth of "me" moments are needed before diving in.
